As part of the sales and marketing team, assist the Sales Coordination Manager with the complete order execution of the international EPC Projects.

Key Deliverables: Regularity & Timely Reporting at Work. Accuracy & Timely Submission of Work. PETEK Offers from A to Z, ERF to technical & Order Processing. MAS Submittal, Company Profile & PQDs. Data Sheets, QA Documents (TTR/ITP/FAT Report) to be sent to concerned departments and follow up with approvals with customers. Management Reports in PowerPoint, outstanding report, rolling forecast report in 3-month plan and monthly/daily sales report. You will be responsible to maintain List of Ongoing and Forthcoming Projects. SAP BI REPORTS. Invoices & proforma invoices submission. Coordination with Customer on Order Balance/Liftment/Metal Utilization/Outstanding Payments. Coordination between Customer & Internal Departments CSS/Technical/QA/Planning/Finance. Past Supply Record (Project/EPC/Product/Value). Maintain Customer Data Base/Customer Profiles/Due Diligence (Distributors/Contractors/Consultants). Product Approvals/Renewals (LV/MV/Wires/FS/OCIFLAMX). Government Approvals/Renewals - DCRP/PDO/OXY/OQ/ORC/JSRS/ROP/MOD/Civil Defence/DORC/MOH/MOE. Maintain All internal Accreditations. Maintain Company Papers (CR Copy/Authorized Signatory Papers/VAT Certificate). You will be responsible to maintain documentation for O&G. Stocking of Promotional Items & Samples Boards with Marketing department. Handling OLB/Rabitah/Ariba.

Job Profile: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 3 years of experience in project execution and sales coordination role.

Skills/Knowledge: Excellent computer skills Client relationship management Excellent communication skills Time management
