Construction Manager for Contract Projects in Al Buraymi

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our contract projects in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with at least 5 years of experience managing projects from start to finish. This position requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients. Fluency in English is required, and preference will be given to candidates who are Malayalees or Filipinos. The salary for this position is 1200$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
- Ensure project deadlines are met and within budget
- Supervise and manage team members, including contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Monitor materials and equipment inventory, ensuring timely procurement when needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
