An international engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering innovative engineering solutions has an immediate opening for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Muscat, Oman.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the delivery of large-scale building projects, including healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include managing projects from both a financial and technical perspective. This client-facing role requires effective stakeholder management, coordination with local authorities, and resolving design or technical issues during project execution. Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing proposals and tenders and participate in business development and operational activities in the Oman office.

Requirements for consideration include a BA/B.Sc. in Structural or Civil Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, experience managing complex building projects with a focus on both technical and financial aspects, and a proven track record in leading small teams. This role is ideal for a dynamic, client-focused, personable, and technically proficient Structural Engineer with experience in people, project, and client management.
