Responsibilities

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by successfully delivering the in-room dining service of the hotel. Your key duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the in-room dining service is delivered in line with the brand service standards and to ensure maximum guest satisfaction at all time, creating memorable guest expereinces while serving food and beverage items to our guests.

Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Excellent guest service skills
