Hotel Dining Professional

We are seeking a skilled hotel dining professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room service to guests, ensuring maximum satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of guest service skills, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Ensure that the in-room dining service is delivered in line with brand service standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational excellence and provide support as needed
Requirements:
  • College Diploma in Hospitality or related field
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Excellent guest service skills
