We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with the following details:

Work Details
  • Location: Muscat, OMAN
  • Work Status: Residential (5 days a week)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Background and Experience
  • Engineer Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required); Arabic is a plus
  • Experience in Operational Maintenance Execution and Development within an LNG or Oil and Gas context
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in field operations
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory operational position
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Experience in resource control, contract management, and general management
Service Purpose
  • Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for an LNG Bunkering project, part of the company's strategic transition into energy.
  • Responsible for overseeing mechanical, static, lifting, and rotating equipment activities to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Part of the Maintenance & Inspection team, reporting directly to the Maintenance and Inspection Manager.
  • Lead mechanical disciplines to ensure maintenance activities are technically accurate, safe, and efficient during production.
  • Ensure all resources (personnel, procedures, tools, equipment) are in place to minimize operational risks during start-up.
