**Mechanical Commissioning Lead**

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Commissioning Lead to oversee mechanical commissioning activities for major Oil & Gas projects in Oman. The role involves managing the mechanical commissioning scope, ensuring all systems and equipment are commissioned safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all systems and equipment are commissioned safely and in compliance with project specifications and international standards.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead system walk-downs, punch list management, and mechanical completion processes. Interface with construction, QA/QC, HSE, vendors, and client representatives to ensure readiness and smooth handover.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all documentation, reports, and commissioning records are maintained and submitted.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in mechanical commissioning within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of rotating and static equipment, piping systems, and utilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
