- Should possess a strong structural design and architecture background.
- Should have solid knowledge in steel, wood, concrete, and masonry.
- Infrastructure design which includes transportation, bridges, subway stations, and tunnels.
- Prepare and review drawings detailing the systems designed.
- Design calculations.
- Report writing.
- Author technical design guidance.
- Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines.

Your qualifications should also include:
- Civil Engineer or SE (Structural Engineer).
- 10 – 15 years of experience in Concrete and Building construction jobs.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Investigations experience.
- Excellent communication and organization skills are an absolute must.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Willingness to brainstorm with a dynamic engineering and manufacturing team.
- Out of the box thinking required.
