We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PMO – Digital Transformation professional to oversee and support the successful planning, execution, and governance of digital transformation programs. This role ensures alignment between strategy and delivery, enabling project teams to execute efficiently, meet objectives, and deliver value. The PMO will manage program governance, project tracking, resource allocation, and risk management while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PMO – Digital Transformation professional to oversee and support the successful planning, execution, and governance of digital transformation programs. This role ensures alignment between strategy and delivery, enabling project teams to execute efficiently, meet objectives, and deliver value. The PMO will manage program governance, project tracking, resource allocation, and risk management while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates for managing digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress, budgets, risks, and outcomes of digital transformation projects and programs.
  • Support program and project managers in planning, prioritization, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Consolidate project data and provide executive dashboards, KPIs, and insights to leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between project execution and strategic digital transformation objectives.
  • Drive consistency, quality, and compliance across the project portfolio.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication across business units and IT.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact timelines or outcomes.
  • Lead or contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned exercises.
  • Support change management efforts by aligning project milestones with communication and training plans.
Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, with 2+ years in digital transformation or enterprise change programs.
  • Experience in a PMO role or managing a portfolio of digital projects is highly desirable.
  • PMP certified.

Technical & Domain Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Clarity PPM).
  • Understanding of digital technologies (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, automation, or data analytics) and their business implications.
