We are inviting applications for the position of Consultant Cardiac Surgeon at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital (SQUH), a leading academic healthcare institution in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of cardiac surgeries
  • Conduct preoperative workups and postoperative care
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings
  • Teach medical students and residents
  • Contribute to academic research and scholarly publications

Qualifications

Board Certified in Cardiac Surgery

Minimum 5 years of independent surgical experience

Proficient in the full spectrum of open cardiac procedures

Fellowship training or demonstrable expertise in Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery
