Under the general direction from Alila Hotel and Resorts Policies and Procedures, this role acts on behalf of Hotel Management to ensure all aspects of the daily operation of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities at Alila Hinu Bay run smoothly, providing guests with the highest levels of service and satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Oversees spa, fitness, and wellness operations, including bookings, service quality, and team scheduling
  • Designs and delivers innovative wellness programs and signature experiences
  • Provides personalized wellness consultations and contributes to sales and marketing strategies
  • Enforces policies, conducts staff reviews, and monitors SOP compliance
  • Coordinates special events, media, and branding activities
  • Handles daily operations, reporting, and sales statistics
  • Plans and executes wellness retreats and events with guest practitioners and experts
  • Minimum 4-7 years in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or with Middle East experience
  • Strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and English communication skills
  • Capable of personal training and creating membership programs
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
