A client of Domo Ventures is seeking GPs willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman.

Title: General Practitioner

Location: Muscat, Oman

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in medicine (MBBS)

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience after internship

License:

  • Valid MoH License as a GP (for candidates within Oman)
  • Applicants outside Oman should be eligible for a medical license as per Oman MoH regulations
  • Valid medical license from your home country as GP

Responsibilities:

  • Examine patients, diagnose illnesses or injuries, plan and provide treatment, and refer to specialists if necessary
  • Conduct physical examinations, tests, or procedures to diagnose patients
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Recommend lifestyle changes to improve patient quality of life
  • Prescribe medication, treatments, or therapies
  • Explain test results and procedures to patients
  • Train junior doctors and healthcare professionals
  • Consult with other doctors regarding specialized patient needs
