  • Perform regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Maintain documentation for all inventory transactions.

Purchasing Duties:
  • Identify material requirements based on stock levels and consumption trends.

  • Source and evaluate potential vendors; obtain and compare quotations.

  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

  • Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timelines are met.

  • Maintain records of all purchases, pricing history, and supplier information.

  • Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and vendor payments.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a combined storekeeping and purchasing role.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and procurement procedures.

  • Proficiency in using inventory software or ERP systems.

  • Good communication and vendor negotiation skills.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Physically fit to manage stock handling tasks.
