Inventory Manager and Procurement Specialist

This role involves overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate inventory records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming goods, issuing materials as per internal requisitions, and updating stock ledgers. They must also ensure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of the store area.
Purchasing duties include identifying material requirements based on stock levels and consumption trends, sourcing and evaluating potential vendors, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules, and maintaining records of all purchases.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a combined storekeeping and purchasing role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles and procurement procedures.
They should be proficient in using inventory software or ERP systems, have good communication and vendor negotiation skills, and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in construction, trading, manufacturing, or facilities management.
Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree. The job requires a maximum of 7 years of experience and an annual salary of up to ₹300,000.
