Tutor (Nizwa)

We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of various levels and subjects. This is an urgent position with a starting salary of 900$.

1. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on the student's academic needs
2. Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
3. Evaluate student's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
4. Utilize various teaching strategies and techniques to ensure effective learning
5. Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement
6. Collaborate with teachers and parents/guardians to monitor student's academic performance
7. Keep track of student's attendance, assignments, and grades
8. Identify areas where students may need additional support and provide necessary resources

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
2. Proven experience as a Tutor or similar role
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
5. Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students with varying abilities
6. Proficient in the subject(s) you will be tutoring in
7. Strong time management skills
8. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends if needed
