Tutor and Learning Coach

1. Developing Lesson Plans: Create tailored lesson plans based on the student's academic needs, ensuring effective learning strategies are implemented.
2. Tutoring Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, utilizing various teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles.
3. Evaluating Progress: Regularly evaluate student's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents/guardians and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers and parents/guardians to monitor student's academic performance, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student's attendance, assignments, and grades, enabling timely interventions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in educational principles and practices.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Tutor or similar role is essential, showcasing expertise in teaching and mentoring students.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, allowing for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles is crucial, ensuring that students receive personalized attention and support.
• Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach is necessary, acknowledging the diverse needs and abilities of students.
