About the Role:

EGAIEF, a fast-growing AI-powered platform under Rawaj, is looking for a Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer to take charge of the platform's technical direction and lead a team of developers to build scalable, intelligent digital systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

As a Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer, you will:


• Lead the design, architecture, and development of core features across frontend and backend using modern frameworks (Node.js, Python, React.js, or similar).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Product, UX) to build and deliver intelligent, user-focused experiences.


• Develop and maintain scalable APIs and microservices, integrating third-party services and AI tools when needed.


• Oversee DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).


• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security across all layers of the stack.


• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices in engineering, testing, and documentation.


• Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL), data models, and real-time communication tools.


• Support product launches, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve the system's scalability and performance.


• Contribute to strategic decisions, including technology stack, architecture choices, and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.


• Mastery of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP Laravel) and frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js).


• Deep experience with RESTful APIs, modern DevOps tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).


• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks, messaging APIs (WhatsApp, Instagram), or AI integrations is a plus.


• Strong understanding of version control (Git), agile methodologies, and team collaboration tools.


• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive leadership approach.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
