We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee branding and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, leasing, property management, and research & consultancy.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Plan and execute offers and promotional events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a marketing management role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Photography and Visual Content Creation:

  • Plan and execute photoshoots to create high-quality visual assets for campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Edit and retouch photos using professional software.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all visual content.

Graphic Design:

  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital graphics.
  • Collaborate with the team to create branding assets and campaign visuals.
  • Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design software.

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the team to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing events and promotions.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
