- Proven experience as an AC Technician.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and principles.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a similar environment is preferred.
