2. Evaluate examination results to make clinical judgments, formulate diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans.

3. Independently implement, treat, re-evaluate, and progress patient care to maximize rehabilitation potential.

4. Determine outcomes of interventions and treatments.

5. Make recommendations for self-management.

6. Manage an individual caseload of patients effectively and efficiently.

7. Maintain accurate patient documentation, records, and statistical information to reflect care provided and meet professional standards. Summarize care and prepare discharge reports.

8. Communicate and collaborate with relevant healthcare disciplines to ensure effective care delivery and promote multidisciplinary teamwork.

9. Assign suitable cases to Physiotherapist 2 and assistants based on experience.

10. Liaise with the medical insurance department to follow up on approvals and provide necessary documentation for prompt authorization of referred cases.

11. Provide independent physiotherapy on-call care to support service delivery for acutely ill patients.

12. Supervise junior staff if required.

13. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners.

14. Maintain current knowledge and skills according to best practices and literature.

15. Provide consultations within expertise and refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Administrative:

1. Participate in departmental Personal Development and Performance Review systems to foster personal and service improvement.

2. Delegate tasks and supervise Physiotherapist 2 and technicians to maximize efficiency and ensure quality care.

3. Perform patient triaging based on needs and insurance requirements.

4. Address insurance-related queries or escalate them to the Senior Physiotherapist.

5. Engage in quality improvement and safety activities within the organization.
