Job Title: Physical Rehabilitation Specialist

Physical rehabilitation specialists play a vital role in helping patients regain their physical abilities and improve their overall quality of life.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for patients with acute and chronic physical conditions.
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage patients with spinal cord injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, amputations, chronic pain, and other disabling conditions.
  2. Develop goals focused on functional improvement, independence, and reintegration into the community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or psychology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
  • Strong diagnostic, interventional, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
