Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Social Media Executive to own the day-to-day

management of Husaak's Oman-focused content on our shared Oman/KSA social media

platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice, managing the

content calendar, scheduling posts, and leading performance reporting across channels.

This person will serve as the go-to social media lead for Oman, ensuring alignment with

broader brand campaigns while also showcasing local adventure experiences, nature, and

community stories from Oman.

Key Responsibilities

○ Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in coordination with Sales and Marketing across KSA and Oman

○ Localize content to ensure relevance for Oman-based adventures and audience

● Content Scheduling; Publishing

○ Schedule approved content using tools like Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or

equivalent

○ Monitor daily engagement and coordinate with the on-ground team for timely

stories and updates

● Reporting; Performance Tracking

○ Analyze performance across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

○ Create bi-weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations

○ Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and post performance

● Cross-Functional Coordination

○ Liaise with Husaak's creative team to request and brief new content

(photo/video/copy)

○ Work closely with adventure guides, photographers, and operations to capture

and share authentic experiences

○ Tag and credit relevant partners, guests, and sponsors in posts as needed

● Community Engagement

○ Monitor comments, DMs, and tags related to Oman content

○ Coordinate responses with the customer support or operations team if inquiries

Requirements

● At least 1 year of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in travel,

hospitality, or adventure sectors

● Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Workspace are highly valued

● Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling formats (reels, carousels, UGC), and

● Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written. Arabic a strong plus.

● Experience within the GCC region
