Strictly adhere to the company's rules and regulations, strive to improve professional skills, and establish a service-oriented approach to production.

Develop new suppliers based on business needs, conduct supplier qualification reviews, and manage relevant documentation.

Perform daily procurement tasks including tendering, price comparison, contract signing, contract follow-up, goods receipt, payment processing, and supplier evaluation.

Handle the processing of non-conforming materials, as well as the processing of 不合格 (non-conforming) equipment or projects.

Summarize and analyze procurement activities, and provide procurement reports to management when necessary.

Perform other temporarily assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with strong proficiency in Chinese, English, or Arabic are preferred.

Candidates with a background in finance, management, international trade, or with more than 1 year of relevant procurement experience are preferred.

Understanding of financial knowledge, business communication, and basic knowledge of photovoltaic materials or equipment is desirable.
