Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat, Oman for an NPORS / RTITB Lifting Trainer. The NPORS / RTITB Lifting Trainer will be responsible for conducting lifting training sessions in compliance with NPORS and RTITB standards. The role includes developing and delivering training curriculum, assessing trainees, maintaining training records, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The trainer will also provide feedback to trainees to help improve their lifting techniques and safety awareness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and delivering training curriculum for lifting operations
  • Certifications from NPORS and RTITB
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards for lifting operations
  • Open Nationality
  • Ready to join in short notice
  • Prior experience in the training industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Arabic
