• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the construction of high-quality telecom towers that meet performance requirements.
• Manage project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Holds relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or a similar project management certification.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in telecom tower construction or related infrastructure projects.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of telecom tower construction methodologies, including site preparation, foundation, tower erection, and equipment installation.
• Demonstrates proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or similar tools.
• Has in-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA).
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to address complex technical challenges.
• Has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
