Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ID Package Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the execution of interior design packages for a high-profile mall construction project in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mall finishes, fit-out coordination, and operational readiness, with a proven track record of delivering interior scopes on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for all interior design (ID) works.
  • Review and verify ID shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements.
  • Ensure compliance with design intent, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Oversee finishes for all public and retail areas.
  • Interface with MEP and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of services with interior finishes.
  • Manage and track the progress of ID works against project schedule and report deviations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on ID elements.
  • Coordinate snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of interior packages.
  • Ensure all works are in accordance with local regulations, mall operational guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Liaise with mall operations and retail tenants during pre-opening to align ID works with operational requirements.
  • Experience in Finishes , ACP cladding , interior fit out .
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oman, with at least 3 years in mall or commercial project finishes.
  • Deep understanding of retail/mall construction, ID materials, finishes, and specifications.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and site management skills.
  • Familiarity with Oman's construction regulations, municipality approvals, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project coordination tools.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
