At NPA, we're looking for an experienced Digital Strategist to take the reins of exciting digital campaigns and shape the future of our clients' online presence. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and have a knack for crafting innovative digital strategies, we want to hear from you

Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing or related role (agency experience is required)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.) aligned with client goals.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns from concept, planning through to execution/ implementation, optimisation, tracking and reporting
  • Lead performance measurement using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Provide detailed, actionable reports and performance insights to both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and other teams to ensure cohesive and aligned campaign strategies.
  • Confidently present digital strategies and campaign results to clients.
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously refine strategies.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client relations
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders with agility and precision
  • Agency experience is a strong plus
