Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bawshar for a Sales Executive/Telesales position. The Sales Executive/Telesales professional will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up on prospective clients, conducting property tours, and closing sales. Additional tasks include maintaining and updating customer databases, preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Telesales, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales-related software
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
