About the job

The Duty Technician reports to the Duty Engineer.

As Duty Technician, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment, and Work areas.
  • Comply with all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.
  • Be conversant with the Hotel Emergency Procedures.
  • Perform Emergency Response Team duties as required.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy personal presentation at all times.
  • Be courteous, professional, and service-oriented when dealing with Guests, Patrons, and Fellow Staff Members.
  • Assist Guests, Patrons, and Fellow Staff Members as appropriate.
  • Undertake specific duties and projects when assigned.
  • Support Training Programs.
  • Carry out work in accordance with The Hotel Planned Maintenance Program.

As Duty Technician, we expect from you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
