Purpose:To ensure accurate financial reporting, manage accounts receivable/payable, and support budgeting and audit processes in alignment with hospitality asset management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain financial records and statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

· Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations for hospitality assets.

· Manage general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.

· Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

· Monitor financial transactions and report variances.

· Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

· Support asset performance reporting through timely financial data submission.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality or real estate.

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

· Strong knowledge of IFRS and hospitality financial controls.

· Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
