Outlet Manager

Outlet Manager role leading the operations of a specific outlet. Responsible for profitability, forecasting, marketing plan execution, staffing, maintenance, safety and sanitation, and a hands-on leadership approach to motivate the team and achieve guest satisfaction.

• Lead the operations of a specific outlet to ensure profitable performance.
• Achieve outlet business goals and accurately forecast business demands.
• Work with management to develop and execute the marketing plan.
• Maintain up-to-date manning schedules and oversee preventative maintenance.
• Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example and motivate team members to excel through a hands-on approach.
• Manage team member performance and identify training needs.
• Develop and deliver required training for supervisors and team members to maximise guest satisfaction and support career development.

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
