As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of an outlet to drive business success and guest satisfaction. Your goal will be to maintain high operational standards, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee profitable outlet operations to meet business goals.
  • Accurately forecast business demands and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain manning schedules and oversee regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
  • Ensure the outlet meets all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Lead team members through hands-on leadership and example.
  • Manage team member performance and identify training needs to improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management.
  • Possess passion for leadership and teamwork.
  • Have attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
