Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of both our Flutter-based mobile application and Vue.js-powered web platform. You will work across the full technology stack, ensuring our digital products are scalable, reliable, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Maintain and enhance existing features in our Flutter mobile app and Vue.js web portal.
  • Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
  • Develop secure and efficient backend services using Firebase Cloud Functions.
  • Implement and manage Firebase services including Firestore, Authentication, Storage, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to deliver user-focused features.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Vue.js frameworks.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of Firebase ecosystem (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Storage, etc.).
  • Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile development principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile or Lean development environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web deployments.
  • Understanding of backend architecture and serverless security best practices.
