Job Title: Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of core features across frontend and backend using modern frameworks.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer to take charge of our platform's technical direction and lead a team of developers to build scalable, intelligent digital systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

As a Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer, you will oversee DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and containerization. You will ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security across all layers of the stack. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and establish best practices in engineering, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Mastery of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP Laravel) and frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js).
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, modern DevOps tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
