Cashier - Khasab, Oman

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions at our store and providing excellent customer service to all our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter
  2. Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  3. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  5. Ensure that all prices and quantities are accurate on products
  6. Balance cash register at the end of each shift and generate reports as needed
  7. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies
  8. Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed
  9. Follow all company procedures regarding cash handling, credit card transactions, refunds, etc.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the safety of employees and customers
Requirements:
  1. Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
  2. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  4. Basic math skills with the ability to handle money accurately
  5. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  6. Must have own visa for employment in Oman
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 6pm, six days a week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

This position is based in Khasab, Oman.
