Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter
  • Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all prices and quantities are accurate on products
  • Balance cash register at the end of each shift and generate reports as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies
  • Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed
  • Follow all procedures regarding cash handling, credit card transactions, refunds, etc.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the safety of employees and customers
