Whitewill Real Estate is seeking skilled and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our prestigious team in Muscat. As a professional, you will have the unique opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment while advancing your career with an international organization renowned for its excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process a high volume of incoming client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Select properties tailored to client needs and organize viewings or meetings.
  • Facilitate seamless transactions, ensuring compliance with market regulations.
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven real estate sales experience, preferably in Oman or internationally.
  • Strong knowledge of the Oman real estate market
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 tools and familiar with modern CRM systems.
  • Confident, driven, and capable of handling negotiations and closing deals.
