We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor – Omani National to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our security team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property by supervising security personnel, enforcing security policies, and responding to incidents efficiently. As a key member of the team, you will also support the development of local talent in alignment with Omanization goals.

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
• Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and respond to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address potential security and safety risks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, local laws, and company security policies.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, or complaints and report findings to the Security Manager.
• Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Royal Oman Police) when necessary for incident resolution or compliance.
• Train and mentor new security staff, with a focus on developing local (Omani) team members.
• Conduct security briefings and provide regular safety training to staff across departments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Support emergency response protocols, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and crisis management.

• Must be an Omani National in compliance with local employment requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or safety management is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Familiarity with security technologies, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of local laws, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations in Oman.
• Basic computer skills and report-writing abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergency situations effectively.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
