Join our Business Unit as Installation Supervisor for Oil Field Works in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and help us innovate solutions for a better future.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Expertise in installing Siemens Switchgears NXAIR, 8DA10, and Sivacon S8.
  • Willingness to work on-site in challenging On and Offshore O&G environments on a rotational basis, with 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week.
  • Unrestricted mobility.
  • Providing advanced technical support for Siemens distribution systems, focusing on installation and troubleshooting.
  • Supervising installations to meet customer requirements in industries like oil & gas and petrochemicals.
  • Acting as the on-site technical representative for Siemens, leading the entire installation process.
  • Coordinating and verifying installation results, updating documentation, and resolving open points.
  • Collaborating with customer teams to ensure timely installation of Siemens equipment.
  • Handling complex technical issues independently and mentoring less experienced engineers.
  • Maintaining detailed records and preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Staying current with Siemens products and industry trends through ongoing training.
  • Assessing on-site risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications for success:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, power, high voltage engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Installation Supervisor in O&G projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Siemens MV and LV products and power applications; certification in Siemens NXAIR, 8DA10, and Sivacon S8 preferred.
  • Intercultural experience from work in the Middle East.
  • Effective leadership and planning skills for installation teams.
  • Medical fitness.
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management skills under pressure.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
