Technical Assistant

We are looking for a Technical Assistant with the following details

Work location : Muscat, OMAN

Work Status : Residential ( 5 days a week )

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Duration : 12 months (renewable)

Background and experience

• Experience in Operational Maintenance Execution and Development within an LNG or Oil and Gas context.
• Working with CMIMS platforms for asset and maintenance data entry, updates, and reporting.
• Handling technical documentation, vendor manuals, and maintenance records.
• Experience in similar position (years): +5 years' experience in technical documentation support role and working with SAP. Experience in spare parts cataloguing, inventory control, and warehouse operations

Service Purpose:

• We are seeking an experienced Technical assistant DCC / CMIMS (Documentation Control Center / Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System) & Spare Parts Lead to join our dynamic team for LNG Bunkering project, which is a part of the COMPANY transition energetic strategy. \
• In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy, consistency, and timely update of technical data and documentation within the CMIMS and the Electronic Document Management System.
• This role is critical in maintaining the digital integrity of maintenance records, spare parts tracking, and technical documentation throughout both the project and operational phases of the facility.
• The job holder is a part of the company Maintenance & Inspection team and will report directly to the the CMIMS & Spare Parts Lead.
