Executive Chef
Location: Khasab, Oman

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Khasab, Oman. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality menus that meet our guests' expectations and reflect the local culture and cuisine. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors while meeting dietary restrictions and guest preferences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for food and kitchen supplies
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, safety, and sanitation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on current food trends, techniques, and regulations to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Proven ability to create unique menus that appeal to a wide range of tastes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (speaking Arabic is a plus)

Working conditions:
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. However, free visa and ticket will be provided by the company. The ideal candidate would have at least 12 pass qualifications.
