About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary specialist to join our team. As an executive chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing innovative and authentic dishes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing menus and recipes that showcase traditional Indian flavors
- Preparing ingredients and cooking meals according to precise standards
- Ensuring all food is of high quality, fresh, and presented beautifully
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine, with at least 3 years of experience working as a chef in a restaurant or hotel setting. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management. Knowledge of food safety regulations is also important.
