Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects (e.g., data center setup, cloud migration, network upgrades)
  • Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues proactively
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and regional regulations
  • Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of IT infrastructure project management experience
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly desirable
  • Hands-on understanding of networks, servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in Oman or GCC projects is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
