**Job Title:** Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and efficient support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of servers, firewalls, routers, and switches. They will also ensure daily backups, system interfaces, server hardware, and logs are up-to-date.

In addition, they will assist the IT head in developing new projects, implementing policies and procedures to enhance IT services, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Ensure daily backups, system interfaces, server hardware, and logs are up-to-date.
  • Assist the IT head in developing new projects.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance IT services.
  • Mentor junior staff members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Active Directory, Routers, Firewalls, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows/Office software and applications.
  • Operational experience with security issues and access control mechanisms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
