Remote - Company Placement Manager vacancy in Sur Oman

Virtual Internships is seeking a resilient, multi-faceted problem solver to join the team. We offer a multinational environment with opportunities for advancement and flexible hours across time zones. Salary is negotiable.

Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly placement of participants (students or graduates) by coordinating with the Head of Company Experience and presenting their professional potential to host companies.
  • Source companies as needed (attending networking events or similar) while the company has a dedicated sourcing team.
  • Vet potential host companies to ensure they meet our requirements to become hosts for participants.
  • Work with assigned companies within specific sectors to gain insights into sector trends globally.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment OR a recent graduate with an ambitious and driven approach
  • Persistence, confidence, and energy
  • You won't take no for an answer
What you will work with

You will be assigned participants each month and match them with appropriate host companies, presenting their professional potential.

Team and Structure

There are other Company Placement Managers on the team. Roles cover multiple sectors and geographies (e.g., FinTech in Singapore, HealthTech in Australia, Supply Chain in China).
