Baker (Malayalee/ Kenyan) - Muscat

We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team of skilled bakers at our bakery in Muscat. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee or Kenyan national with a passion for baking and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all products meet high-quality standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other bakers to develop new recipes and products
- Adhere to all safety protocols while handling equipment and ingredients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
