Job DescriptionRole & Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Order necessary parts and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance staff.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Participate in safety audits and inspections.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Manage maintenance budget and control costs.
  • Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Shall have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in onshore oil and gas construction facilities in a supervisory position, with 5 years in a Middle East Oil & Gas environment.

Field experience in construction & commissioning strongly preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
