Mala'a's primary products include the Mala'a Credit Report and Credit Score for individuals and corporates. Our membership spans banking, financial sectors, SME Funds, Telecom, and connects with government data providers, positioning Mala'a as a national databank aligned with the Central Bank of Oman's strategy to develop a cross-sectoral National Databank.

Position Summary

Lead and manage Mala'a's ongoing business projects with a team, communicating with stakeholders, defining project goals, and ensuring projects are planned and executed within schedule and budget constraints.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects using agile methodologies, from initiation to go-live and transition to maintenance.
  • Lead project scoping, planning, cost estimation, and reporting.
  • Track project status, communicate developments, and prepare status reports and steering meetings.
  • Prioritize tasks, collaborate with business teams, and ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage billing, revenue collection, procurement, and payments.
  • Maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Translate business requirements into deliverables, considering scope, resources, budget, and risks.
  • Manage third-party relationships and monitor KPIs related to project delivery.
  • Use project management tools to measure performance and perform risk analysis.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field from a reputable university.
  • 3-7 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience managing projects through their full lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Credit Bureau/Credit Registry products and services.
