Key Accountabilities:

  1. Conduct audits in accordance with the audit plan.
  2. Monitor and control audit assistants to ensure tasks are completed within the allotted time.
  3. Execute audit programs and collect appropriate evidence.
  4. Prepare work papers, audit conclusions, and files according to the Unit's standards.
  5. Provide written input to the Senior Auditor for the audit report.
  6. Participate in financial statement reviews, executing assigned areas per standards.
  7. Write reports as required and assist the team with special assignments and investigations.
  8. Assist in preparing the Internal Audit Plan and work with business owners to implement recommendations.
  9. Maintain knowledge of IFRS updates and other developments related to Internal Audit.
  10. Help prepare reports for the Audit Committee and management, and perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Technical Skills:

  1. Good time management skills.
  2. Strong knowledge of International Auditing Standards.
  3. Good understanding of accounting and auditing principles.

Education / Certifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  2. Professional certification (CIA preferred).

Experience:

  1. 4-6 years of relevant experience.
