JOB SCOPE
To oversee and be responsible for the financial functions related to treasury, ensuring that all financial operations are monitored and controlled against treasury functions. The role involves ensuring that the organization's operations and investments are optimally financed, and all financial transactions are handled appropriately. Additionally, the position requires preparing periodic cash flow reports for the company, its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and departments.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work closely with the Group CFO to manage all company investments and funding requirements for OA and its subsidiaries.
Lead the treasury management function to establish and maintain strong partnerships with banks and other financial institutions.
Lead the analysis of potential investment opportunities, evaluating and reviewing third-party assessments by challenging assumptions of external consultants and actuaries as required.
Oversee periodic cash flow forecasts and manage cash flows to support corporate business requirements and business units.
Oversee all bank transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
Monitor, track, and control all financial transactions to ensure alignment with financial policies.
Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and policies.
Prepare and submit financial reports to OA, OIA, and CAA as required.
Manage payroll and payments to ensure they are processed accurately, effectively, and timely.
Undertake other tasks assigned by management.
Forecast cash requirements and make financing decisions for the Group.
Prepare various cash flow forecasts and financial models for OA group companies.
Ensure constant communication and alignment between OIA and OA group regarding treasury reporting.
Develop treasury policies and procedures, including regular reviews and recommendations on investment policy adjustments based on market conditions.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory guidance to meet all obligations.
Manage and determine the tax position of OA and the applicability of taxes.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years experience in Treasury and Banking, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in airlines or airport operating companies is preferred.
Understanding of Cash Management, Account Services, Clearing, and Payments functions is essential.
